2010 Chaparral Premiere 400
World Class. 0ne 0f A Kind. Elegant.

How do you describe perfection? The 400 Premiere. The first time Boating Magazine took the 400 Premiere for a sea trial, they literally stopped the presses and named it boat of the year in a runaway. There was a time when reputation had it that the finest yachts in the world were built in Europe. Time for a change of venue. So innovative and luxurious, how do you categorize the 400? Express Cruiser won't do because no other 42-footer offers a coupe top, cockpit air conditioning or a hydraulic swim platform. Conversely, there isn't a yacht afloat that has the sporty style and incredible appointments accented throughout the 400 Premiere. Think of the 400 as old-world craftsmanship wrapped in its most modern form. From the incredible helm electronics, to the televisions, to the sound system, every component is beyond state-of-the-art. At the helm, prepare to discover the difference that makes the 400 Premiere like no other. Powered by a revolutionary IPS propulsion system, this wide beam Sport Yacht maneuvers as easily as our 20-foot bowriders. With it's intuitive Joystick control, even the most dicey docking situations are aim and go. When evening arrives, the excitement only increases with a full L.E.D. lighting system that sets the mood for dockside parties. In the cabin, we take full advantage of the possibilities our Wide Tech hull design unveils. Full length hull windows and overhead skylights provide a window to the world and allow natural light to come in.

The heartbeat of the 400 is luxury. In every way. Just think of the things you can do at the mere flip of a switch. Adjust the bucket seats, fold out the transom seat or retract the island berth. Options that work with fingertip control include a waterproof flatscreen TV in the galley, the sunroof and the swim platform. There's an age-old adage that you can't control mother nature. We disagree. Strongly. The Premiere's coupe design gives you climate control in the cockpit and the cabin. You never have to contend with canvas as you enjoy the quietest, most quality ride on the water today. Stainless steel steps lead to the finest engine room in this class. Brilliant white finished gelcoat creates a clean environment. Gray water is routed through a sump in the engine compartment, not under the cabin, minimizing the need for thru-hull fittings on the hull side.

Chaparral takes attention to detail to new height inside the 400 Premiere. Handcrafted real wood cabinets and blinds are a cut above. All of the raised door panels and frames are walnut. Even the switch plates and outlets have a satin nickel finish. To keep you tuned in the cabin features an LG 1000 watt home theatre system. Cedar lined clothes closets can be found in both the forward and mid staterooms. Overhead L.E.D. lighting is controlled with a dimmer switch and even the floor storage areas are illuminated. A central vacuum system and a leather salon sofa are optional. Even the wooden cabin entry steps have stainless steel supports. Storage space never ends and the Premiere logo is etched into the beveled mirrored headboard. If your travels take you to faraway ports, high definition satellite television can be beamed in as optional equipment.
