Integrated boat storage and service
Dry Harbour Marine offers full-service boat storage designed to keep your vessel protected and maintained throughout the off-season. Our storage facilities are actively utilized during the winter months to support scheduled maintenance, repairs, and detailing, allowing your boat to be serviced efficiently while in storage.
Storage Rates
Inside heated storage
$9.75 per square foot
Inside cold storage
$7.50 per square foot
Truck and trailer fees
Calculated by the overall length of the boat
Storage pricing is calculated based on the boat’s length overall (LOA) multiplied by the beam (width). Swim platforms and/or trailer dimensions, when applicable, are included in the total length overall.
Labor charges are billed separately for services including moving the boat from slip to haul-out, haul-out operation, bottom washing, winterization, moving, commissioning, delivery to slip, and the removal or reinstallation of equipment such as radar units and bimini tops to accommodate transport to and from storage. Additional charges may apply for boats that require special handling, are difficult to move, or are poorly maintained.
The winter storage season runs from September 1 through May 1. Boats not removed by July 1 will be charged for summer storage beginning July 1. If a boat is requested to be removed from storage prior to May 1, it—and any adjacent boats that must be moved—will be relocated at the owner’s expense.
